Larkfleet Homes teams up with local business backed by Lord Alan Sugar

Larkfleet Homes has placed a contract with Impra-Gas Limited - which is jointly owned by Lord Alan Sugar and Peterborough based Apprentice winner Joseph Valente - to help us build 150 new homes at our Corby site, Gretton Valley.

Impra Gas will be providing gas installation services to the site.  Yaxley-born owner Joseph Valente won The Apprentice TV show in 2015 hosted by Lord Sugar.  His business specialises in the service, maintenance and installation of gas appliances and it was his vision of franchising this business idea that impressed Lord Sugar.

Larkfleet  CEO Karl Hick said:  "We hope this is a start of a long and fruitful relationship with Joseph and Lord Sugar.  We look forward to working together at our new site in Corby."

Lord Sugar's new business partner started his career as an apprentice before going on to found his plumbing business which is now based in Peterborough.
