We’re celebrating! We have won ‘Housebuilder of the Year’!

We have won ‘Small Housebuilder of the Year’ at the national Housebuilder Awards 2015.

We could not be more proud of everyone here at Larkfleet Homes.  Winning is the result of a huge team effort and it is a credit to everyone at Larkfleet that we won this hotly-contested category in these prestigious awards.

We also achieved a 'highly commended' in the ‘Sustainable Housebuilder of the Year’ category - because of our environmental commitments - and were one of the three finalists in the ‘Best Retirement Scheme’ category for our The Croft developments at Bourne and Baston.

The packed event was a night of celebration hosted by comedian Tim Vine.  Our CEO Karl Hick said: “What a fantastic achievement!  We are delighted to be named as a 'Housebuilder of the Year’ and to be recognised in the other two categories.  We had an amazing evening.”
